According to the People's Committee of Go Cong Tay district, in 2023, the locality plans to invest in 81 projects from public investment capital with a total cost of over VND216.3 billion. In which, the provincial budget capital is over VND80.6 billion, arranged for 15 projects and the district budget capital is over VND135.7 billion, arranged for 66 projects.

In order to soon complete the works, put them into production and life, and promote the efficiency of public investment capital, right from the beginning of the year, the locality paid attention to allocating capital sources, implementing many positive measures to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital.

By the end of the first quarter of 2023, Go Cong Tay district has disbursed over VND101.8 billion of public investment capital, reaching over 47% of the assigned target. In which, the provincial budget has disbursed nearly VND61 billion, reaching 75.62% of the assigned capital plan and the district budget has disbursed nearly VND41 billion of the allocated capital, reaching over 30% of the allocated capital plan. The district strives to disburse 100% of public investment by 2023.

As recording, out of 15 projects funded from the provincial budget in 2023, Go Cong Tay district has completed 11 works, is constructing 03 works with progress from 67% to 98% and 01 new construction work.

The district budget is allocated for 66 projects. In which, there are 10 transitional works, the rest are new construction works. Currently, out of 10 transitional projects, 01 project has been completed, 04 projects are constructing, and the remaining works are in the process of investor selection. For new construction projects in 2023, there are 22 projects under construction, 01 procurement project, the rest are in the process of investor selection.
