Fried Giant Gourami
The giant gourami is cleaned and preliminarily processed by removing the gills and intestines and soaked in salty water for 15 minutes to remove all viscosity and then dry and fry with cooking oil (with much cooking oil so that the fish can be well-done). This dish is served with fresh vegetables, rice vermicelli and seasoning sauce (or tamarind sauce). This is an attractive dish and suitable for parties.
