On May 24th 2021, the Prime Minister issued Official Dispatch No. 680/CD-TTg on ensuring safety in industrial parks during Covid-19 epidemic.
Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee has directed the functional branches of the province to guide and require all industrial parks, factories and enterprises to strictly comply with regulations on prevention and control Covid-19 epidemic; develop a preparedness plan to respond to possible epidemic situations; self-assess the safety level, update to the Covid-19 safety map. The Provincial People's Committee has directed to resolutely stop the industrial park operation if they do not meet the Covid-19 safety requirement and do not update the security level on their system.
In addition, mandatory health declaration is required for all workers in industrial parks, factories, enterprises and related people (suppliers, transporters of materials, goods, meals, etc.) in appropriate forms (e.g. by phone, software, health-declaration support machines, etc.). Therefore, workers can declare their health situation by themselves every day before entering the workplace; at the same time, workers can be inspected and strictly punished if they do not declare their health situation or declare it untruthfully.
